Creation Genie Custom Projects Terms of Service

1. Introduction:  These following conditions will be accepted once an order is placed to proceed with the custom epoxy resin of any art or project. Creation Genie will make all due diligence to protect your project, however in no way is responsible for how epoxy resin may change the look or condition of your project. By accepting an epoxy resin project, you expressly consent you acknowledge that the project is ready for epoxy resin, and will solely accept the way epoxy resin may change the look and feel of your project. 

 

2. Initial consultation: All initial consultations are solely based on a hypothesis between you and Creation Genie. Creation Genie will instruct you on all preparations that must take place to prepare your project for epoxy resin before it is handed over the Creation Genie for the epoxy resin process. Most all dry elements are suitable for epoxy resin, however Creation Genie is not responsible for any adverse chemical reactions due to the nature of the chemicals used on your project.  Creation Genie will provide the due diligence to ensure the project is suitable for epoxy resin. 

 

3. Payment : All projects must be paid in full before the epoxy resin process will start. Any additional changes to the project while the project is in the epoxy resin process, may be subject to additional charges. 

 

4. InComplete pieces: In the event a work is incomplete and involves multiple coats of epoxy throughout the creation of the piece, each coat must be paid in full prior to the next coat being applied. Creation Genie is not responsible for any abuse of neglect that may result from altering, or modifying a project in between stages or pours. 

 

5.Description: In the event the project creator has any specific requests, those requests must be turned in Creation Genie at the time of payment and reception of the piece. If there are three dimensional aspects to the project, drawings and descriptions may be required to ensure the closest match to your desired outcome is achieved. If a description is lacking detail or was not disclosed, Creation Genie is not responsible for the outcome of your piece. It is the project creators full responsibility to ensure all details are discussed and documented with Creation Genie. 

 

6.Per piece basis: Creation Genie works on a per piece basis. If larger projects or multiple pieces are required, please discuss this with your consultant upon contract initiation. 

 

7. Bubbles: Creation Genie Epoxy resin is a bubble resistant formula and our practices in the workshop ensure that smallest amount of bubbles possible are maintained. In some instances and materials, bubbles may occur near the surface of your project and while Creation Genie will do everything possible to eliminate as many bubbles as possible, we do not guarantee there will always be no bubbles. 

 

8. As is agreement: All projects will be accepted As-Is unless specific requirements were not met in the initial consultation and documentation. Creation Genie is not responsible for the piece after it has been accepted by the project owner due to negligence, uv exposure, or any other defect.
