We have nothing to lose and everything to gain by saying this. This will appeal to those who care and appreciate life long pursuits.
The ego is such a treacherous beast, and left unchecked for any length of time, turns into a menacing tyrant that will go at anything to feed its soul sucking addiction of reaffirming its own existence and power with as many that will listen.
For those who are not knowledgeable and attempt to read about what the ego is for the first time, the ego invariably finds every single excuse in the book to reaffirm its own insatiable existence , and go against its accountability. You cannot understand the meaning of ego in one sitting. It is a life long pursuit.
Until the soul truly yearns and understands what love is in the purest pursuit, and will go at anything to have it, then there’s nothing left but be brought great joy by knowing life if all about just being.
We are going to have to learn to put down our swords, and be prepared to see who we truly are, and not fall back into this terrible addiction of what we used to be.
If you think an addiction to drugs is bad and incurable, try testing the ego and realizing that’s the most abhorrent addiction ever.
Love, forgiveness of self, and surrender will conquer all. Our choice, is to determine if we want that experience now, or when we are dead.
Thanks for your time and understanding, and knowing that preaching, and saying it how it is, are two vastly different things. I understand the ego is fragile, but the souls wings are far greater than the ego could ever imagine.
