For products that are not custom products, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee where you may return the item for 30 days after the purchase date. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please send your request to support@creationgenie.com

Please note that some shipping times vary between 3-5 days(epoxy resin) and 7-20 days(molds) and in sometimes longer for custom items depending on production. Rest assured we have your order and will do everything possible to deliver it promtly.

Custom Product Replacements and Returns
We pride ourselves on providing quality works that are exactly what we advertised and agreed upon. In general, custom products are non returnable or replaceable. There are certain parts of our creation process that may encounter uniqueness to each individual product. In general if something is deemed unique(*micro bubbles), it is not returnable or replaceable. Please contact us with any concerns about the uniqueness you have encountered and we will address your concern.

In the event we made a mistake on the order, we will gladly provide you a replacement for the product with the return of the initial product. In order to initiate this request please email us at support@creationgenie.com and please describe the mistake in detail. Please wait for our response in order to ensure we received and accept your request. After we approve the replacement, please provide a tracking number with the returned product sent to support@creationgenie.com and we will start on your replacement immediately.
